Intelligent. Loving. He is Dexter Morgan, America’s favorite serial killer who spends his days solving crimes and his nights committing them. In season 8, Angel Batista was not always played by David Zayas. Son David Zayas Jr. stands in for his father in some shots, as the two look very similar. In the first season, a large scar is visible on Dexter’s left side. Later in the second season, the scar moved to his right side, leaving his left side unmarked. Dexter Morgan: I lived in the dark for a long time. Over the years, my eyes got used to it until the darkness became my world and I saw… Appeared at the 64th Annual Golden Globe Awards (2007). Main theme Author: Rolfe Kent Performer: Rolfe Kent. This will be my first review on IMDb, not a day goes by that I don’t visit IMDb to check reviews of movies or TV shows that I watch, I watch a lot of movies and shows. It has happened in my life that I couldn’t sleep after watching a series. I saw prison time, heroes and more. The first season of Prison Break and Heroes was fantastic. They inspired me so much that I got some tattoos on my body. However, both series will be released when they move on to the next season. Heroes was a big disappointment, but DEXTER.. OMG series after series makes me so curious for the next episode.. damn season 4. I couldn’t sleep all night after watching it. I spent the weekend watching the episodes back to back. Let’s start with Dexter (Michael C. Hall), his darkness was on point, he played the role so well that sometimes I wonder if he is the same in real life, but then I realized that Debra Morgan (Jennifer Carpenter) is his real wife who plays his sister in this series. Damn Debra is a character who is so confused and mostly controlled by the people around her that she always does something bad but always takes credit for the good things. I love the part where you find out what goes on in Dexters mind when he thinks about something or when someone talks to him, also the part where he talks to his dead father Harry. (just thinking about what his father would say in that situation). Every episode/character and every season is so well written and acted that you can hardly find fault with it. My favorite characters are Dexter (quite obvious), Rita and Vince Masuka damn Vince is so funny he only says one word. in his entire episode and it looks damn funny. I can’t wait for season 5 and I’m sure everyone who watched Dexter feels the same way I do. (I apologize if my first review has any mistakes and hurts anyone’s feelings.)
